Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Noida. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting sales targets by promoting and selling our range of plants and gardening products. Daily tasks include interacting with customers, providing product information and demonstrations, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying potential sales opportunities. The role also involves regular travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and prospects.

Qualifications

  • Experience and skills in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of plants and gardening products
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
