About the Role:
We're looking for a driven and analytical Business Growth Manager to accelerate 's expansion and enhance customer success. In this role, you'll operate at the intersection of business strategy, customer engagement, and product growth — driving initiatives that directly impact revenue, retention, and overall user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand Customer Behavior: Analyze user needs, feedback, and patterns to inform growth strategies and enhance retention.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Reach out to potential clients, present 's solutions, and tailor offerings to their specific business needs.
Strategic Growth Planning: Design and implement data-driven strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
Performance Analysis: Track key metrics, evaluate outcomes, and continuously optimize campaigns for better results.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to refine offerings — with a strong focus on advancing our Bookkeeping module and other growth-driven features.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the accounting or finance domain is a plus.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Analytical Mindset: Proficient with CRM tools and data analytics for decision-making.
Proactive & Adaptable: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Collaborative: Team player who works seamlessly across functions to deliver results.
