About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Team Lead for our Telecaller Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, guiding, and motivating the telecalling team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets while maintaining high standards of customer communication and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and support the telecalling team to meet performance goals.
  • Allocate daily call targets and monitor productivity of each team member.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Ensure the team follows scripts, communication standards, and company policies.
  • Track and report key metrics such as call volume, conversions, lead quality, and follow-ups.
  • Assist team members with difficult calls and help resolve escalated issues.
  • Maintain discipline, ensure attendance, and drive accountability within the team.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments for lead-generation strategies.
  • Identify training needs and implement improvement plans.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller Team Lead or similar supervisory role.
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve goals.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and basic reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in telesales, customer service, or lead generation.
  • Strong analytical and performance-monitoring abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
