Role & responsibilities
- Generate leads from the open market and multiple channels to find potential customers.
- Make cold calls to identify and understand customers housing finance needs.
- Provide pre-approval assistance for home loans and housing loan products to interested clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Guide customers through the entire loan application process, including documentation, credit evaluation, and approval.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate loan disbursal.
