Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives + Allowances

Job Responsibilities:

  • Visit retail shops, distributors, and wholesale markets to promote and sell FMCG products.
  • Generate new leads and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
  • Ensure availability, visibility, and proper display of products at outlets.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Collect orders, follow up on payments, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide market intelligence regarding competitors' products, prices, and promotions.
  • Submit daily sales reports to the manager.

Key Skills Required:

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with target-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
