Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Mysore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, promoting property listings, and closing sales deals. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, attending site visits with clients, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of properties.

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in real estate sales and client management
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
