Position: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Vacancies: 2

Gender Preference: Female

Experience required: 1–3 years in Inside Sales

CTC: 3 – 4 LPA

Key Responsibilities

 Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital

channels.

 Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.

 Demonstrate company products and maintain strong customer relationships to meet sales

targets.

 Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and

lead follow-up.

 Maintain data and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).

 1–3 years of relevant experience in inside sales or lead generation.

 Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) and a pleasant personality.

 Strong knowledge of BFSI, Logistics, Pharma, or Retail technology landscapes and

enterprise buying processes.

 Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.

 Proficiency in LinkedIn, Canva, and other digital tools/social media platforms for lead

generation.

 Persuasive, resilient, and target-oriented mindset.

 Team player with good collaboration and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹400,000.00 per year
