**Business Development Executive - Inside Sales - JD**

**Reports To: Sales Manager / Inside Sales Lead**
**Job Specifications**:
Experience: 1-4 years in inside sales or telesales, preferably in EdTech, Healthcare Tech, or D2C services
**Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Persuasive with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet daily/weekly targets
- Comfortable with CRM tools and structured follow-ups
- Willing to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead Conversion & Sales Execution
- Contact and convert inbound and outbound leads into customers using consultative selling over phone, WhatsApp, and video calls
- Pitch relevant plans or products based on customer needs
- Achieve set targets on calls, meetings, and conversionsCustomer Engagement
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to keep them engaged
- Address objections, answer product-related questions, and build trust
- Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to support teams after conversion
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate lead and call records using CRM tools (e.g., LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Update lead status and ensure timely follow-ups
- Report daily activity and performance metrics to the team lead
Market Insight
- Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to improve product offerings
- Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends
