Business Development Executive
to drive growth and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow memberships and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and convert them into members.
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations (fitness/wellness industry a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-driven with a passion for fitness and wellness.
