Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive Generalist, located in Bhiwandi. The HR Executive Generalist will be responsible for managing HR operations, maintaining employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing various human resources functions. The daily tasks include handling recruitment, managing employee records, addressing employee queries, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the
recruitment process
: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Maintain
employee records
(attendance, leaves, personal files, payroll data). - Handle
statutory compliance
(PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Labour Laws). - Conduct
induction programs
and coordinate training & development activities. - Manage
payroll processing
and resolve employee salary/benefits queries. - Implement and monitor
HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct
. - Handle
employee engagement activities
to boost morale and retention. - Support in
performance management system
(KPI/KRA setting, appraisals). - Address employee grievances and ensure a healthy workplace environment.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and support audits when required.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Proficiency in various Human Resources (HR) functions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus
