Role & responsibilities
We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource (HR) Generalists to join our Manufacturing section.
Key Responsibilities will be:
1. Employee Relations and Engagement (Off-roll and On-roll)
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate resolution for grievances and provide necessary guidance to employees and managers.
- Support in implementing employee engagement initiatives
2. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Manage end to end lateral recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer discussion and joining facilitation.
- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding to help ensure smooth transition into the organization.
3. HR Operations and Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
4. Training and Development
- Coordinate and track employee training sessions and performance reviews.
5. Performance Management
- Support the performance review process by guiding managers and employees.
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvement strategies.
**For Manufacturing Area: Contract Labor Hiring and Management will be additional.
Apprenticeship schemes to be implemented.
Experience: 2-5 years of HR generalist experience.
Skills-
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in some HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
