Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Jr. HR Executive to join our HR team and contribute to a variety of HR functions. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with the HR department and support day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • LinkedIn Job Posting & Candidate Outreach: Assist in managing job postings on LinkedIn and other platforms to attract top talent. Engage with candidates through initial communication and schedule interviews.
  • Onboarding & Inductions: Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. Conduct induction sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, and values.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and activities that promote a positive work environment. Collaborate with team members to boost morale and employee satisfaction.
  • Event Planning: Organize and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and celebrations to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture.
  • General HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, maintain employee records, and assist with HR-related tasks as needed.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Previous experience or internship in HR or event planning is a plus
