Position Summary:
We are expanding our team and looking for motivated Tele Sales Representatives who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients (B2B).
- Present telecom products & services confidently and clearly.
- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to optimize conversion strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide effective client recommendations
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior telesales or BPO sales experience is a plus. (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply)
- Fluency in English (mandatory) & Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
