Position Summary:

We are expanding our team and looking for motivated Tele Sales Representatives who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients (B2B).
  • Present telecom products & services confidently and clearly.
  • Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to optimize conversion strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide effective client recommendations

Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior telesales or BPO sales experience is a plus. (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply)
  • Fluency in English (mandatory) & Hindi
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
