Job Vacancy: Customer Relationship Executive

Location: 4th Floor, Kesava Building, Karur Vyshya Building , SS Kovil Road, Thampanoor.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive to join our team

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Tamil ,Malayalam and English (spoken and written)
  • Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms
  • Candidates with accounting knowledge will be given preference
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage communications through calls, emails, and social media
  • Assist in basic administrative or accounting tasks when required
  • Support marketing or customer engagement initiatives
