About the Role:

Spacifyn is looking for a motivated and trustworthy Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to drive growth through field marketing, client engagement, and lead generation. If you are target-driven, enjoy communicating with people, and want to grow with a dynamic team, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients, vendors, and partners in Malayalam & English
  • Conduct field visits, marketing campaigns, and follow-ups
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social platforms
  • Support business development activities and promotional efforts
  • Maintain client records and prepare basic reports

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Honest, reliable, and goal-oriented
  • Time management and multitasking ability
  • Basic knowledge of mobile apps & MS Office
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license required
