Job Title: Business Support Executive

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Work Location: Colaba

The Business Support Executive will act as a key link between management and various departments, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution of business activities. The role involves monitoring project progress, preparing MIS reports, auditing departmental performance, and supporting senior management in decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with all department heads to collect updates on ongoing projects and ensure timely progress.
  • Audit and review the work of each department to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Prepare, compile, and present MIS reports to the CEO for review and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide regular updates to the CEO on assigned tasks, project status, and departmental performance.
  • Liaise with the Sales and Operations teams to address and resolve challenges faced in day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and following up on executive meetings, reviews, and key deliverables.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting abilities (especially in MIS preparation).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 58 years of experience in a similar role (preferably assisting top management or CXO-level executives).
