Manager - Corporate Sales

A Corporate Sales Manager leads a sales team to drive revenue growth by developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include setting sales targets, analyzing performance, coaching sales staff, and collaborating with marketing teams to align campaigns. Essential qualifications involve strong leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven sales track record, and a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field. Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue.
- Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and provide coaching to a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet and exceed targets.
- Client & Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, manage key accounts, and ensure client satisfaction.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and prospects within the corporate sector.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and prepare regular reports on sales performance for senior management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall company goals.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with corporate clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
