Role Description

We are seeking a
results-driven Business Growth Manager
to identify opportunities, nurture client relationships, and build long-term partnerships. The role requires a
strategic mindset
, proven experience in
institutional/corporate sales
(ideally in retail or allied sectors), and the ability to work independently to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Responsibities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by deeply understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead Generation & Closure
    : Identify new opportunities, engage with decision-makers, and drive opportunities from initiation to closure.
  • Strategic Outreach
    : Represent Shop Pros at industry events, network with stakeholders, and position the firm as a
    trusted partner in retail design
    .
  • Proposal Development
    : Create compelling proposals and presentations aligned with client needs, showcasing Shop Pros' value proposition.
  • Collaboration
    : Partner with the
    design and project teams
    to deliver seamless solutions and exceed client expectations.
  • Sales Goals
    : Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Market Insights
    : Monitor retail trends and emerging opportunities to keep Shop Pros ahead of the curve.

Requirements

Experience:
4–6 years in sales; institutional and corporate sales background preferred.

Skills:
Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to engage senior decision-makers.

Attributes:
A proactive self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
