- Team Leadership & Management :
- Direct and mentor the Implementation and COD team to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Project Implementation
- Plan, schedule, and manage implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met with precision.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, technical teams and support functions.
- Gather and validate documentation and implementation requirements.
- Documentation Oversight
- Resolve complex document-related issues to prevent project delays.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory documentation standards.
- Quality & Risk Management
- Monitor project progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Handling client/internal escalations .
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
- Reporting & Communication
- Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively across teams and with clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
