About the Role

As an Implementation Engineer at AllHome, youll work closely with the Product Manager to bring systems and solutions to life. Youll be hands-on in integrating, configuring, and supporting both internal tools and third-party products that power our ecosystem.

Your mission: ensure every system we deploy works beautifully together — and continues to improve after launch.

What You'll Do

  • In-charge of full implementation lifecycle — from requirements, setup, integration, to testing and deployment.
  • Configure and customize SaaS products (Zoho CRMs, project tools, analytics, etc.) to meet business needs.
  • Develop integrations and automations using APIs, middleware, or low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Zoho Flow).
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot technical or functional issues post-launch.
  • Provide technical documentation, training, and support to internal users.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and proactively suggest fixes or upgrades.

What You'll Bring

  • 2–5 years in implementation engineering, system administration, or product operations.
  • Solid grasp of APIs, webhooks, databases, and integration frameworks.
  • Strong experience working with CRM, ERP, or marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset; able to trace issues and optimize workflows.
  • Hands-on comfort with tools like Postman, SQL, Google Sheets, and integration connectors.
  • A collaborative attitude — you're happy to get your hands dirty and work closely with business & tech.
  • Curiosity and ownership — you love making systems work better.
