We are seeking a Lead – Software Implementation who can serve as the critical link between our product and customer success. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end deployment of an AI-driven SaaS solution for mid to large B2B enterprises, ensuring smooth implementation, strong user adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

This position is ideal for someone who excels at the intersection of technology, operations, and client engagement—someone who can interpret business needs, craft tailored technical solutions, and guide clients confidently from project kickoff to successful go-live.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Implementation Lifecycle: Manage deployments from initial scoping through go-live, ensuring each phase delivers clear value.
  • Collaborate with Client Leadership: Engage senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and configure solutions accordingly.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Delivery: Work closely with internal product, engineering, and support teams to deliver seamless, high-impact implementations.
  • Manage Timelines & Risks: Monitor project progress, anticipate challenges, and maintain on-time delivery.
  • Drive User Adoption: Conduct onboarding sessions, user training, and post-launch optimization to ensure effective utilization of the platform.
  • Represent Customer Needs: Convert client insights into actionable inputs for the product roadmap.
  • Ensure ROI & Retention: Deliver deployments that generate clear business value and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in software implementation, delivery, or onboarding within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Strong background in project management, stakeholder coordination, and solution configuration.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain domains is a strong advantage.
  • Solid technical understanding, including software fundamentals, APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; an MBA or strong academic pedigree is a plus.
