Implementation Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Implementation specialist to manage on-site software deployments and provide client support from our HQ. This role requires both technical proficiency and flexibility to travel regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to client sites for software implementation (minimum 2 weeks per month)
- Handle full implementation cycles, typically up to 30 continuous days
- Provide technical support and remote assistance from HQ when not traveling
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot software installations as per client requirements
- Customize reports and data views using Crystal Reports and SQL
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment and client satisfaction
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong working knowledge of MS SQL Database
- Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries
- Experience with Crystal Reports for reporting and customization
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel frequently based on project needs
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
