We are seeking a 
visionary and execution-focused Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)
 to collaborate with our leadership team in shaping, validating, and potentially launching high-impact ventures. This role offers a front-row seat in a fast-growing deep-tech startup that's solving real-world problems through cutting-edge innovation.

As an EIR, you will work closely with the founding team across key strategic initiatives — from market discovery and product ideation to business model design, investor documentation, and go-to-market planning. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role designed for someone ready to build or co-build the next transformative company.


What You'll Do

  • Identify and explore new venture opportunities in alignment with our mission
  • Conduct deep market research, competitor mapping, and customer discovery
  • Develop strategic proposals, business cases, and execution roadmaps
  • Lead or support investor documentation, including pitch decks, financial models, and narrative building
  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to define MVP specs and growth plans
  • Option to transition into a founder/CEO role for validated ideas


Who You Are

  • A former founder, early startup operator, or domain expert with strong entrepreneurial drive
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking ownership, and moving fast
  • Strong business acumen with a knack for spotting market gaps and validating hypotheses
  • Excellent communicator — able to craft compelling narratives for investors, partners, and teams
  • [Optional: Prior experience in deep-tech, AI/ML, climate tech, or relevant sectors]
