**Job Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our team. This role is designed for a young, ambitious entrepreneur looking to leverage their passion for startups and innovation. The EIR will collaborate with our team to explore new business opportunities, incubate ideas, and develop them into successful ventures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the executive team to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Develop business plans and strategies for launching new products or services.
- Conduct market research and customer validation to refine business ideas.
- Assist in the product development process, from ideation to launch.
- Network with industry experts, potential partners, and investors.
- Contribute to the strategic vision of the company by providing fresh, innovative perspectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field; ongoing education or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
