**What You’ll Do**:
**Company Creation & Leadership**

- Take ownership of the venture from day one and lead it toward traction and profitability.

- Define and validate the business model, pricing, and value proposition.

- Build and lead the founding team as the company grows.

- Take full P&L responsibility and operate lean.

**Product & Market Development**

- Identify customer problems and validate solutions through rapid experimentation.

- Drive product-market fit using user feedback loops.

- Own and refine the commercial strategy — positioning, go-to-market, and partnerships.

**Growth & Execution**

- Build early traction via pilot programs, communities, and partnerships.

- Scale efficiently — bootstrapped, data-driven, and profitability-focused.

- Establish key processes, reporting, and open-book management (GGOB) principles.

- Prepare for fundraising or scaling, including investor materials and financial modeling.

**Umbrella Company Alignment**

- Report transparently to the leadership team as a trusted partner.

- Participate in GGOB financial huddles and coaching sessions.

- Uphold entrepreneurial culture, discipline, and accountability.
