Team Iron Buzz is looking for passionate **Pre
- Sales** **Customer Service Associates** to identify and nurture leads, collaborating with the Resident Artists to convert prospects into loyal customers through personalized experiences.
The **Prospect Alchemist** will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and working closely with the Resident Beesto convert prospects into loyal customers. This role involves understanding client needs, providing detailed information about our services, and ensuring a seamless and personalised experience for every potential customer.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including online inquiries, social media, referrals, and events.
- Research and analyse target markets and customer segments to develop an effective lead-generation strategy.
- Conduct initial contact with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and readiness for a consultation.
Client Engagement:
- Schedule consultations and appointments between potential clients and our Resident Bees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a high level of engagement and interest.
Pre Sales Support:
- Collaborate with our Resident Beesto ensure a smooth transition from lead qualification to client consultation.
- Provide our Resident Beeswith detailed insights and information gathered during the presales process to enhance the effectiveness of the consultation.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor industry trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to provide insights that can improve lead-generation strategies and sales pitches.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential clients, updating CRM tools and providing regular reports to theLeads/Chief.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure that every potential client has a positive and memorable experience from the very first interaction with our studio.
- Address any queries or concerns that potential clients may have before their consultation or appointment.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field preferred
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a presales, customer service, or sales support role, preferably in a creative, lifestyle, or service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate the studio’s value proposition.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management software.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for tattoos, art, or the creative industry is a plus.
