In this role you will be the primary contact for our Guests seeking assistance through chat & phone. You will provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable responses to inquiries and ensure a positive guest experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our products and services, and the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.

We are building a dynamic team of Customer Service Agents and looking for freshers with some experience in Chat & Voice. Preferably from Mumbai Western Line up to Bhayandar who can commute and work at our Bandra office easily & daily.

**Skillset requirement**:
**Work Location**: Linking Road - Bandra/Khar

**Work timings & shift**:

- **Shifts**: 24X7 Rotational, 6 Day Week (Morning/MidAfternoon/Night)
- **Week-Off’s**: 1 WO rotational _(No splits-offs)_

**Salary Range**:

- Freshers: INR 15,000/- (+- Incentives) depending on the interview round

**As a Customer Service Associate, you will**:

- Manage customer relationship via phone & chat systems from our Contact Center
- Coordinate check-in’s, ensuring guests are welcomed warmly and oriented to the property
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, enhancing their overall experience
- Coordinate closely with our Sales, Housekeeping & Maintenance Teams for property readiness
- Communicate clearly and effectively, tailoring responses to each customer’s level of understanding
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding our commitment to quality and hospitality
- Closing sales inquiry (This is not a sales process. But inbound sales inquires have to be handled & closed)

**Required Skills**:

- Expert at handling customer queries using chats & phone within the client SLAs
- Fluency in spoken & written English (Must) _local languages will be added advantage_
- Well-versed with using computers, MS office, MS Excel, etc.
- Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. (Must)
- Knowledge of Bed n' Breakfast functions (not mandatory)
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering memorable experiences.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base for customer support
