This Vacancy is for our Client, a Well known FMCG- Butter Products Manufacturing Company in Mumbai

All customer service executives' function with a prime responsibility to build a positive company image and offer dedicated customer satisfaction. This is a multi-faceted role wherein end to end processing and servicing of customer orders is handled by the executive to provide a seamless customer experience.

**Job Description: -**
- **Catering to customer phone calls and diverting the call to the relevant departments.**:

- **Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution**:

- **Helping customers choose the right product for their requirements and budget**:

- **Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner**:

- **Informing customers of upcoming promotions or deals**

Qualification-Graduate

Experience-2-3 Years as CSA in FMCG Sector

Salary Range
- Rs 20000- Rs 25000 Per Month

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
