Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Direction:

- Work with me in the development and execution of the company’s strategic initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for executive meetings and board presentations.

Growth and New Initiatives:

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
- End-to-end responsibility of concept to rollout of 0-to-1 and 1-to-10 stage ideas.

Project Management:

- Lead and manage special projects and initiatives
- Track project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and provide regular updates
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact project success.
- Marketing Planning and coordination with the relevant teams
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement for Programming Hub.
- Analyse marketing data to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.

Communication:

- Serve as a liaison between internal/external stakeholders and as a company spokesperson in various forums.
- Ensure effective and timely communication within the organization.

Qualifications:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering(BE/BTech) or Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred but not must.
- Prior startup experience is a plus though not mandatory

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
- Proven experience in project management, strategic planning, and marketing.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Knowledge of bootstrapped business model and strategy**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
