**Job Description: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)**

**Location**: Multispeciality Hospital in Panvel

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Patient Care**:

- Provide round-the-clock medical care to patients admitted to the hospital.
- Conduct regular patient rounds, monitor their condition, and update treatment plans as necessary.
- **Emergency Management**:

- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and ensure timely intervention.
- Assist in stabilizing critical patients and coordinating with senior consultants for advanced care.
- **Coordination with Consultants**:

- Collaborate with consultants and specialists for ongoing patient management.
- Implement treatment protocols as directed by senior medical staff.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Ensure timely completion of discharge summaries and other required reports.
- **Compliance and Protocols**:

- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and medical protocols.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical medical practices.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with nursing staff and allied health professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior medical staff, if applicable.
- **Training and Development**:

- Participate in regular medical training sessions, workshops, and hospital quality improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Education**: MBBS, BAMS, or BHMS degree from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**: 0-3 years of experience as an RMO or in a similar role; freshers with internships are encouraged to apply.
- **Licensing**: Valid registration with the respective medical council (e.g., MCI, MMC, or respective council for BAMS/BHMS).
- **Skills**:

- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stress and work in high-pressure situations.

**Work Schedule**
- Rotational shifts, including night duties and weekend coverage.

**Compensation**
- Salary based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits as per hospital policy.

**Application Process**

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
