**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide specialized medical care to pregnant women and postpartum mothers admitted to the Maternity Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Monitor and manage patients' conditions closely, including conducting regular assessments and administering treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with obstetricians, gynecologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the Maternity ICU and provide appropriate interventions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories and progress notes.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, procedures, and post-care instructions.
- Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and ethical standards in all aspects of patient care.

**Requirements**:

- BHMS or BSMS qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice as a Resident Medical Officer.
- Experience in obstetrics, gynecology, or intensive care settings will be advantageous.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to make timely and accurate decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
