**Job Summary**:
The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) With a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, the RMO plays a crucial role in the overall patient experience.

**Responsibilities**:
**1) Patient Care**:
Provide primary medical care to patients, including initial assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Monitor and manage the ongoing care of patients, collaborating with senior Doctors as needed.

**2) Emergency Response**:
Respond to medical emergencies, providing immediate care and coordinating with other healthcare providers. Participate in the development and implementation of emergency response protocols.

**3) Ward Rounds**:
Conduct regular ward rounds to assess and monitor the condition of hospitalized patients. Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure the implementation of care plans.

**4) Medical Documentation**:
Maintain accurate and timely medical records, documenting patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Ensure compliance with documentation standards and healthcare regulations.

**5) Communication with Patients and Families**:
Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing information about diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans. Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

**6) Collaboration with Medical Teams**:
Work closely with other medical professionals, including consultants, nurses, and support staff. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care and treatment strategies.

**7) Continuous Education**:
Stay updated on medical advancements, best practices, and industry guidelines. Engage in continuous medical education to enhance knowledge and skills.

**8) Quality Improvement Initiatives**:
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the healthcare facility. Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance patient care processes.

**9) Adherence to Protocols**:
Adhere to clinical protocols, guidelines, and ethical standards in the delivery of healthcare services. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical degree from a recognized institution.

Completion of internship/residency program.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Resident Medical Officer.
- Registration with relevant medical licensing authorities.

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Rotational shifts is required.
- Exposure to various medical specialties and conditions.
- Adherence to strict confidentiality and ethical standards.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
