Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, compliance, and people processes within a mission driven, dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities
• Assist in day-to-day HR operations including documentation, data management, and compliance activities
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes such as document collection and induction scheduling
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and other internal systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for document verification, employee engagement, and audits
• Help manage the internship lifecycle—shortlisting, interview coordination, and feedback tracking
• Provide support in preparing HR reports, data analysis, and various administrative tasks

Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
