Date Posted 2024-08-19Country IndiaLocation 1st Flr Wing B North Gate Phase-II Modern Asset Sy No 2 2 Venkatala Village Yelahanka Hobli Bangalore 560064 KarnatakaPosition Role Type UnspecifiedRTX Corporation is an Aerospace and Defense company that provides advanced systems and services for commercial military and government customers worldwide It comprises three industry-leading businesses Collins Aerospace Systems Pratt Whitney and Raytheon Its 185 000 employees enable the company to operate at the edge of known science as they imagine and deliver solutions that push the boundaries in quantum physics electric propulsion directed energy hypersonics avionics and cybersecurity The company formed in 2020 through the combination of Raytheon Company and the United Technologies Corporation aerospace businesses is headquartered in Arlington VA This customer focused pro-active energetic and collaborative role is part of our Global Hub Tier 2 Transactional Team within People Services In this role individuals will provide accurate and timely HR Transactional support to employees managers and other HR Payroll professionals Responsibilities Provide consistent timely accurate and customer-focused HR functional inquiries requests and transactions as assigned in accordance to established policies and procedures Utilize our case management system to achieve and deliver within defined Service Level Agreement SLA at a quality standard Ensure work instructions are diligently followed Escalate issues as needed Review and update existing DTPs SOPs and assist in producing new DTPs SOPs in relation to HR Transactional services Respond to requests and inquiries exercise good judgment in applying concepts and guidelines Follow through on assigned tasks and takes ownership on results effectively prioritize assignments identify report and escalate issues and challenges to Supervisor Respond to emails and inquires on timely manner Prepare operational reports as and when required Identify and recommend potential area for process improvement Understand and be compliant with the corporate data protection and confidentiality policies Work in a team environment to resolve customer questions or issues in broad range of HR matters Actively engage in CORE and support continuous improvement opportunities Perform any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by the business Qualifications Experience Bachelors degree in related discipline and 6 years of relevant Global US HR operations experience Prior experience in managing high-volume HR requests and data administration preferred Experience managing data in HRIS systems required experience using Workday Ev5 preferred Ability to learn processes policies and the ability to apply CORE principles to these processes for continuous improvement Display positive attitude Receptive to new challenge and change with an open mind Demonstrate high commitment level Good organization analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to exercise good judgment on day-to-day work activities Proactive Takes initiative attentive to details process driven and ability to efficiently process high volume transactions Flexible to meet peak period specific demands and clients requirements Flexibility to work in different time zones RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment All qualified applications will be given careful consideration without regard to ethnicity color religion gender sexual orientation or identity national origin disability protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law Privacy Policy and Terms Click on this to read the Policy and Terms
