Regional Process Owner

The APAC Onboarding Lead is responsible for leading and optimizing the onboarding and offboarding processes across the region.

  • Develop, document, and continuously improve global onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and an excellent employee experience.
  • Standardize, scale, and align processes with global HR policies and regional legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with local Infrastructure Teams and Asset Management operations for onboarding and offboarding readiness.
  • Partner with US Onboarding and Offboarding leaders for process alignment between APAC and US regions.
  • Lead India Hub Onboarding and Offboarding teams, ensuring alignment with regional and global processes.
  • Support cross-regional initiatives, share best practices, and maintain high service standards and process efficiency in both APAC and US regions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in HR operations with a focus on onboarding and offboarding in APAC.
  • Strong understanding of APAC labor laws and regional HR practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in complex environments.
