Process Electrical Technician

**Primary Accountabilities**:

- ** Ensure availability and performance of engineering systems as per defined criteria**:

- ** Perform maintenance activities in line with technical & compliance requirements.**:

- ** Implement daily/weekly maintenance tasks according to work orders**:

- ** Respond to breakdowns in a proactive manner, minimising downtime.**:

- ** Provide suggestions to improve engineering systems on site.**:

- ** Ensure availability of required spares.**:

- ** Deliver engineering services in line with customer’s requirement / business need.**:

- ** Ensure availability and performance of engineering systems as per defined criteria**:

- ** Deliver correct engineering services in line with customers requirement**:

- ** Evaluates and monitors performance & efficiency of the systems.**:
**Key Deliverables**:

- ** Ensure basic operation & maintenance of Process and Packing Equipments related to Oral solids. (Granulation/Compression/Lubrication/Sifting/Blister packing etc)**:

- ** Prepare & execute preventive maintenance plan / AMC for all equipment in Process area across the site, like trouble shooting of Electrical & Instrumentation problems in Production and packing Equipments.**:

- ** Statutory compliance for third party inspections - Lifting devices**:

- ** Ensure compliance of calibration for all instruments across the site**:

- ** Manage automation services for all Process and packing equipment, with knowledge of PLC, drives & instrumentation controls.**:

- ** Trouble shooting of Instrumentation components across site like PLC/HMI etc.**:

- ** Execute Computer system validation to ensure 21CFR Part 11 compliance**:

- ** Ensure AZ Quality management compliance.**:

- ** Ensure requisite improvements are executed, either through Capital projects or revenue work.**:

- ** Follow the SAP system for Maintenance & Spares management of Electrical systems.**:

- ** Prepare Criticality assessment & Risk Assessment for Process and Packing Equipments.**:

- ** Ensure correct customer focus is in place for all activities Undertaken by team.**:

- ** Ensure proactive management of cross functional interfaces.**:

- ** Ensure safety standard are met for all aspects of work delivered by whole team.**:

- ** Provide visible leadership in SHE for the entire engineering and facility group.**:

- ** Manage customer & business relationships.**:

- ** Engage with the business to create professional network for own discipline across the region.**:
**Compliance & Quality**:

- ** Ensure compliance for all work undertaken by the team.**:

- ** Ensure SOPs are updated & followed.**:

- ** Ensure Deviation Management system is followed.**:

- ** Identify and implement resource strategy for the discipline.**:

- ** Ensure due planning and preparation is applied to all aspects of engineering delivery.**:

- ** Identify improvement opportunities for the discipline & deliver on requisite improvement initiatives.**:
**Budget**:

- ** Manage revenue budget for the discipline & deliver services within the same.**:
**Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:

- ** Qualified Bachelor of Diploma with minimum 3 years of experience**:

- ** Experience in Good Manufacturing Practice environment**:

- ** Understanding of technical area of expertise**:
