Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Operations professional located in Bengaluru North. The role involves overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, managing employee relations, and implementing HR management strategies. The professional will also be responsible for administrative tasks related to HR, maintaining employee records, and supporting recruitment processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Operations, HR Management
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies
  • Experience in managing Employee Relations
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the staffing and facilities management industry is a plus
