Requirements
  • Strong expertise in SAP ABAP programming, with hands-on experience in developing custom reports, forms (SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms), and bespoke module enhancements.
  • Specialized in HR-specific ABAP development across key SAP HCM components including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), Employee Self-Service (ESS), and Manager Self-Service (MSS).
  • Proficient in designing and implementing SAP HCM workflows, user exits, BAdIs, and other enhancement frameworks to meet business-specific requirements.
  • Experienced in Object-Oriented ABAP (OOP), applying modern programming practices for scalable and maintainable code.
  • Solid understanding of data integration techniques using IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs, particularly in the context of SAP HR data exchange.
  • Familiar with SAP HR module configuration and core functionalities, enabling effective collaboration with functional teams.
  • Well-versed in HR business processes such as employee lifecycle management, payroll execution, time tracking, and recruitment operations.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration and hybrid cloud HR architectures is an added advantage.
