What does a Recruiting Manager do at Hogarth?
Role summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead and optimize our hiring efforts in Hyderabad for Hogarth. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, driving talent acquisition strategies, building strong employer branding, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with sourcing while also leading a team of recruiters to deliver against aggressive hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy & Planning
- Partner with business leaders and HR to forecast hiring needs and design recruitment strategies for India.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Recruitment Operations
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding).
- Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, compliance, and recruitment policies.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive process efficiency and report hiring metrics.
- Team Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters.
- Allocate requisitions, monitor performance, and ensure consistent delivery of hiring outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs to align talent acquisition with business needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on talent market insights and competitive intelligence.
- Employer Branding
- Partner with marketing and leadership teams to strengthen employer brand in India.
- Drive initiatives for employee referrals, diversity hiring, and campus recruitment.
- Technology & Process Excellence
- Optimize use of ATS and recruitment tools for streamlined processes.
- Continuously improve candidate experience and interview best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- 8+ years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role in India.
- Proven track record in scaling hiring operations for mid to large organizations.
- Strong knowledge of the Indian talent market, labor laws, and recruitment practices.
- Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to present metrics and insights to leadership.
- Strong people management and coaching skills.
Shift Flexibility Requirement: The incumbent must be available and open to working flexible hours, with the potential for night shifts being required a few times per year during peak periods.
