We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead and manage payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in compensation and benefits administration, statutory compliance, and the ability to streamline processes for efficiency and accuracy. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws and company policies.
- Administer compensation structures, salary revisions, incentive programs, and benefits plans.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, TDS, etc.) and labor laws.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and other functions for payroll reconciliations, audits, and reporting.
- Maintain employee payroll records and manage query resolution effectively.
- Partner with HR to design, review, and implement compensation & benefits policies that align with organizational goals.
- Generate and analyze payroll reports for management, highlighting variances and trends.
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Liaise with external vendors, consultants, and government authorities when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA / Masters / Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
- 5 – 10 years of payroll management experience with strong exposure to compensation & benefits.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll systems, HRMS, and statutory compliances.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
