Working Days and Time - Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM - 07:00 PM)


Roles & Responsibilities

Payroll

  • Collect and verify employee timesheets and attendance data.
  • Assist with the processing of monthly payroll.
  • Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations.

Employee Management

  • Onboard new employees: prepare new hire paperwork, conduct orientation, and set up employee files.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records (personal information, job titles, salary, etc.).
  • Administer employee benefits and leave management.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
  • Assist in performance management and disciplinary actions.

General Administration

  • Organize and maintain HR files, both physical and digital.
  • Assist in planning company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.

Recruitment

  • Assist in job description creation and posting on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.

  • Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
