Salary Offered: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Experience- 2+ years in Human Resource
Working Days and Time - Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM - 07:00 PM)
Roles & Responsibilities
Payroll
- Collect and verify employee timesheets and attendance data.
- Assist with the processing of monthly payroll.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Employee Management
- Onboard new employees: prepare new hire paperwork, conduct orientation, and set up employee files.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records (personal information, job titles, salary, etc.).
- Administer employee benefits and leave management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
- Assist in performance management and disciplinary actions.
General Administration
- Organize and maintain HR files, both physical and digital.
- Assist in planning company events and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Recruitment
- Assist in job description creation and posting on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.
Skills
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Organizational: Strong time management and multi-tasking.
- Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Interpersonal: Ability to build rapport and handle sensitive information.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in record-keeping and data entry.
- Confidentiality: Discretion and professionalism with private data.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in addressing issues.
- Adaptability: Flexible and able to handle changing priorities.
- Knowledge of Labor Laws: Basic understanding of HR regulations.
