Job Title: Executive HR

Department: Human Resources

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Reports to: HR Manager

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support and HR operations. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and on boarding.

Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements.

  • HR Operations

Maintain employee records in HRMS and ensure accurate documentation.

Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.

Support payroll inputs and leave management.

  • Employee Engagement & Relations

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.

Address basic employee queries regarding policies and procedures.

Support grievance handling and maintain a healthy work environment.

  • Performance Management

Coordinate the appraisal process by collecting performance data and feedback.

Assist in tracking employee performance and development needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Knowledge of HR processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS and Spine NX software.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.

Work Experience:

2–4 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment.

OFFERD SALARY:

Budget: 3 CTC to 4 CTC
