Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning

o Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.

o Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, job descriptions, interviews, and

onboarding.

  1. Employee Engagement and Organizational Development

o Implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

o Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with organizational values.

o Manage employee relations and address grievances promptly and professionally.

  1. HR Policy Development and Compliance

o Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory

requirements.

o Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory obligations, maintaining up-to-date records.

  1. Performance Management and Career Development

o Oversee the performance management framework, including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback

mechanisms.

o Identify skill gaps and facilitate training programs for professional development and succession planning.

  1. Compensation and Benefits Administration

o Supervise payroll processing, employee benefits, and leave management.

o Benchmark and implement competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain talent.

  1. HR Operations and Analytics

o Manage HR systems and databases to ensure accurate employee records.

o Provide insights and reports on key HR metrics to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is typically required; a master's degree is often

preferred.

  • Proven experience in human resources, including management, recruitment, and employee relations, is essential.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are crucial for interacting with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR systems and databases.
  • The ability to lead and motivate a team, as well as architect HR strategies.

Pay: ₹17, ₹59,351.80 per month
