Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Location: Andheri (East)
Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes for a workforce of 80100 employees. The role involves talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll & compliance, and HR policy implementation to ensure a productive, compliant, and employee-friendly work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding, and induction processes.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Attendance & Leave Management: Oversee attendance, leave approvals, and maintain accurate HR records.
- Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, monitor staff performance, and support career development.
- Policy Implementation: Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with organizational goals and labor laws.
- Payroll & Compliance: Coordinate with accounts/payroll for timely salary processing and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Training & Development: Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- HR Systems & Documentation: Maintain HRIS/HR software records, personnel files, and reports.
- Employee Engagement: Plan team-building, cultural, and welfare activities to boost employee morale.
- Disciplinary Management: Ensure discipline, adherence to company code of conduct, and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in HR management software (e.g., EasyHR, One HR, etc.) and MS Office.
