Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The day-to-day tasks include developing HR strategies, overseeing payroll and benefits administration, managing employee records, and implementing HR programs to support organizational goals. The role requires collaboration with department heads to address staffing needs and resolve employee issues effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Human Resources Management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in training and development, and benefits administration
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficient in using HR software and MS Office
  • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
