*Job Description*
We are a leading *construction contracting company* specializing in *high-rise buildings and residential projects. We are looking for an experienced **HR / Admin Manager* to handle end-to-end HR and administrative functions across our project sites and corporate office.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
* Manage recruitment and onboarding for site & office staff.
* Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and engagement activities.
* Ensure compliance with *labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and statutory requirements*.
* Oversee *administration functions* office management, facilities, vendor coordination.
* Coordinate statutory compliance related to construction project sites.
* Drive training, performance management, and career development programs.
* Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce planning updates for management.
*Desired Candidate Profile*
* Graduate with specialization in HR (*MBA/PGDM in HR preferred*).
* Minimum *8 years of HR & Administration experience* (construction/contracting industry preferred).
* Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
* Good communication, leadership, and people management skills.
* Ability to manage HR/Admin across *multiple construction sites*.
