Role Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves strategic planning as well as hands-on execution across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation & benefits, compliance, and HR policies. The HR Manager will play a critical role in building a strong organizational culture and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy of Graviti Properties LLC.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring top talent acquisition for all departments.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
  • Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits programs in compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures fairly and transparently.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation in line with best practices.
  • Lead performance management and appraisal systems to drive employee growth and organizational performance.
  • Identify training and development needs; design and implement learning initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Act as a culture champion, fostering diversity, inclusivity, and employee engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification is a plus).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (preferably within real estate, property, or related industries).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage HR functions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office Suite, and HR analytics tools.
