Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Malad West, Mumbai . The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and compliance with regulatory frameworks. Key responsibilities include managing talent acquisition processes, enforcing workplace policies, and promoting a culture of engagement and performance. The role also involves developing training programs, addressing employee concerns, and contributing to workforce planning strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies & End to End Recruitment.
  • Experience in policy formulation, compliance, and labor laws
  • Proficiency in performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address HR challenges effectively
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Attendance & Payroll processing through HRMS or any other software
  • Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong relationships across teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus
