Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, the manager will handle performance management, employee engagement, training, and development programs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Skills in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage recruitment processes and training programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
