Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The individual will also lead training programs, handle employee performance evaluations, and contribute to fostering an inclusive and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Retention
  • Proven skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
  • Experience in developing HR Strategies, Policies, and ensuring Compliance with labor regulations
  • Proficiency in Communication, Leadership, and Team Management
  • Familiarity with Training and Development programs
  • Relevant educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in Human Resources roles, preferably in a leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace
